Stocks are marginally higher to begin Thursday’s exchange as the trade war narrative continues to steer allocations.  Yesterday, tensions cooled a bit after U.S. President Donald Trump commented on the immense amount of soybeans China was buying from Old Glory.  Negotiations between the world’s two-largest economies seem to be alive and well at the moment, helping to cajole investors back into equities.  The S&P500 is essentially flat YTD, and is currently trading 2,664.04, 0.49% higher.
